Excellent service, good value for money and safe! Our driver arrived on time for both our transfers to our Bansko winter accommodation and for our return trip. He text and called me when i was at the airport and shortly before our pick up to let us know he would be arriving soon. He went out of his way to locate our accommodation and was a safe driver in difficult weather conditions. My husband happily chatted to him in the front seat about Bulgaria and its wonderful nature, sites sea and resorts. The vehicle was a smart and clean new Mercedes 8 seater van. VIP transfer option was outstanding. So i was going on a Business conference event in Bulgaria, Sofia to be more exact. I am a German architect so i contacted the office and got to choose a premium sedan of the best German brands. The options were two: Upper luxury class like Mercedes E class, Audi A6 etc. and the VIP class like Mercedes S class and BMW 7 series. I chose S class transfer as an escort to the meetings and it was a big pleasure. Beverages were on board and free. The driver knew German well, and was also suited up with a tie, also helped with luggage and was responsive to additional requests. Driving was according to needs. Overall their presentation and service was very strong and on point. I used this transfer solution during the whole week of my stay. I am very satisfied and recommend.
Super Convenient and reliable trips! The Booking process was very easy as soon as we got in touch with the dispatcher we were granted a transfer. This is how tourism is done. We went on a private tour covering the Black sea region in Burgas, Varna, Sunny Beach and Sozopol. We booked a minibus and van and were around 24 people-child seats, water and everything requested prior was in place. We planned the tour and stops on our own, choosing the waiting times in each destination and included suggestions from the company to our adventure. The drivers showed us around the cities and resorts. First we went on a tour in the sea garden of Varna. There was an option to get an Israeli speaking driver for extra charge which also acted as a tour guide for us. They went everywhere with us translated and showed us local monuments and museums. After that we were taken in the mall and went on a shopping spree because everything is much much cheaper in Bulgaria. In Burgas we took a boat trip to Anastasia Island and had lunch there. It was amazing and very beautiful at the heart of the Black sea. In Sozopol we went to a picnic complex in the heart of Strandja Mountain and could relax in the wild nature during those hot days there were playgrounds for the kids. Sozopol is a very ancient city and resort and there is architecture from the Roman Empire itself,which we got to see. Finally we were taken to Sunny Beach the party resort where our hotel was at. There is a beach there like all mentioned before in the Black Sea region spots. All the tourist nightclubs and restaurants are there. Some of our group were keen on even going to the casinos there! Lastly when the day came to go we were taken back to the airport by another team of drivers. Overall we really loved the tour and are looking forward to coming next year again there are so much more places to see in Bulgaria. The team was professional understanding and key part to our experience,so was the well round up transportation.
We ordered 2 Coach Buses from Bgtaxitransfers.com to take us to a Spanish wedding ceremony events in a castle in Bulgaria. I am one of the close relatives to a newly formed young Spanish family. Our kids made a summer wedding ceremony with all our local traditions, culture and magic in a Bulgaria magnificent Palace structured as a castle next to the Black Sea and wildlife. The castle is located where the Beach meets Forest in Bulgaria. Thats where most of the wedding occured. Bgtaxitransfers company being a transport, tourism and corporate event and party event organizers, helped us make the dream wedding a reality by granting us 2 Coach Buses and helped organize entertainment, drinks and music on board the Coaches, they also cooperated with the organization, administrative part of the wedding and helped find real estate for the stay in Bulgaria. The wedding was big in guests and members so most importantly the major part of us needed to find collective transport so as to make the ceremony event more fun and felt at home even though most of us were foreigners to the country. The young couple were students in University in Bulgaria and settled there in Bulgaria to live and had now their own connections and relationships. When we got the invitations to Bulgaria this was the best travel solution we could think of to travel together and make everything feel like at home. We went with the transport to the wedding hall,church,castle and other event places together. At the end of it all we were all dropped of to our reservation stays near the castle in a resort. The wedding was absolutely wonderful and we wont forget it. We had the best time reliving it all together at one place and attending it in this atmosphere. Everything went perfect so was the transportation. We definitely recommend outstanding service and organization.
Excellent, reliable taxi transfer. Excellent service. Our driver was on time,communicated to us how/where he would meet us (via WhatsApp) and got us to and from the airport to our hotel in Borovets ski resort efficiently and gave us tips.
